KKSP is a manufacturer and supplier of High Density Polyethylene T-Grip Liner sheets to the Environmental and Wasterwater Management Industries in India. These liner sheets are used as a protective layer inside sewage RCC pipes to prevent them from corrosion, thereby extending their life period by 80-100 years. In comparison to concrete, T-Grip Liners have superior frictional resistance and abrasion resistance and possesses excellent tear strength. Concrete pipes that are lined with the material therefore have superior hydraulic characteristics to plain pipes and many other materials. This advantage can be translated into savings for the consumer by utilizing smaller diameters of pipes.
The HDPE T-Grip Liners are welded using Hot-air, Butt Welding and Extrusion Welding techniques.
